2002年毕业于浙江大学获理学学士学位,2005年毕业于浙江大学获遗传学硕士学位,2008年毕业于荷兰莱顿大学(Leiden University)获生物制药博士学位, 2008-2010年在莱顿大学阿姆斯特丹/莱顿药物研发中心做博士后,关注脂类代谢异常影响巨噬细胞功能及心血管病发生(Circ Res, Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol等)。2011年受聘复旦大学,全职回国工作,长期从事代谢和表观遗传交互调控机理与功能研究,系统探讨代谢与表观遗传重编程在恶性肿瘤等重大疾病演进中的异变。

 

研究方向:代谢与表观遗传重编程决定基因转录

(1)代谢的上游调控机理,关注酰基化等蛋白翻译后修饰通过不同机制调控关键代谢酶活性及功能,介导细胞对能量供给、氧化应激等外界环境因素响应,为靶向代谢干预的肿瘤和先天性代谢缺陷等疾病治疗提供思路。

(2)代谢下游生物学效应,关注生理及病理条件下异常积累的代谢物,其作为信号分子动态影响表观遗传修饰酶活性,调控靶基因转录和信号通路、基因组稳定性等,剖析代谢和表观遗传重编程促进细胞恶性转化的核心机理,并发现基于代谢和表观遗传的新型肿瘤标志物、潜在干预靶标。

  

迄今,以第一或通讯作者在国际知名期刊发表SCI论文27篇。其中, 22篇为通讯作者(含共同)论文,刊登在Nat Cell Biol、Journal of Hepatology、Mol cell、Cell Res、Sci Adv、Genes Dev、EMBO J (2篇)、Cancer Res、Cell Rep (3篇)、EMBO Rep (2篇) 等。总他引3015次(2篇ESI高被引论文)。成果被Cancer Discov、Mol Cell、EMBO J、PLoS Biol等期刊专评。以第一或共同通讯作者在Nature、Cancer Cell等发表述评和综述4篇,并多次担任Nature、Cancer Cell、Nat Cell Biol等审稿人。在全球华人生物学家大会、中国细胞生物学学会等国际学术会议做大会及分会报告。现任中国抗癌协会肿瘤代谢专业委员会全国常委。
